Where to Eat...

Breakfast

I would start my day off with a nice huge and delicious breakfast at Mike and Rhonda's. They have a restaurant on the east and west side of the town. I used to prefer the east side because it was only 2 blocks from where I lived.

Lunch

If for some reason I was still not stuffed from my huge breakfast, I would go to Crystal Creek Sandwich Company near the campus of Northern Arizona University. I would get the "Grand Rapids" sandwich. In my opinion this place makes the best sandwiches in all of Arizona.

Dinner

My favorite place to eat dinner in Flagstaff is definitely at the "Beaver Street Brewery!". The place is very beautiful. They make their own beer there so I always love to have a bramble berry beer, and whatever stout they have as well. They make delicious gourmet pizzas in their stone ground oven that are to die for!. My favorite is their 3 sausage pizza!

What to Do...

Morning

I used to love to start my mornings off before breakfast with a nice hike up Mt. Elden on the east side. They have some nice trails that go up the mountain and you can see some beautiful views of flagstaff up there.

Afternoon

If it is in the summer time the Arizona Cardinals do their pre-season football training on the campus of Northern Arizona University. I would get out of class and head over to the fields and spend the afternoon watching them go through their drills. Sometimes you would get a chance to talk to some of the players. The cardinals are very nice to their fans up there!

Evening

For the evening I like to walk about the town. Any night of the week you can catch a band playing in the many bars and restaurants downtown. It was fun to hop into a place and have a couple of beers and enjoy the music. Then I would end up at ""Up Town Billiards"" to shoot a few games of pool with friends.

Late Night

After and evening of bar hopping, sometimes the hunger would start to settle in. A lot of times we would find ourselves at the west side Mike and Rhonda's restaurant. Kinda of funny to start your day off eating at the east side establishment and finish the night off eating at the west side one!

Comments

I just always loved Flagstaff. The mountains are perfect for hiking, snowboarding, and there is just so much to do in the town area. It is one of the most beautiful areas in the world with so much history. I would love to move back some day!
